Heating Finder is an independent guide built to help homeowners make better heating-system decisions.

It is built by David Shore, an IT engineer and homeowner who uses an air-to-water heat pump and has previously owned an air-to-air heat pump. His professional background is in software, not heat pump installation or energy consultancy. Read more about David.

We do not sell installations and we do not rank products based on paid placement. The purpose is to provide transparent assumptions so users can evaluate tradeoffs themselves.
